Prior to EveryMove, Russell built a successful and profitable healthcare business (REM Medical) that was sold in 2009. Prior to healthcare entrepreneurship, Russell was Director of Corporate Development at GoTo.com (Overture) and before that a private equity investor and investment banker in New York. Russell loves to run, is a Crossfit fanatic, and can't wait to spend more time with his wife and two children.

Marcelo Calbucci has a true passion at applying technology to everyday problems. Marcelo is a thought-leader and an accomplished technologist, having built more than a dozen products at startups and big companies. He has created many startup web products to the everyday person who delight and improve their lives. Prior to startups Marcelo worked for seven years at Microsoft as a Development Manager. Marcelo has ran two half-marathons, he used to play soccer and he's a beginner golf player.
Christy KellyDirector of Marketing
An engineer turned marketer, Christy loves to dream up game-changing, disruptive marketing strategies and execute them with methodic flair. In the past 10 years, she’s restructured email programs to improve ROI, developed and repositioned consumer-facing brands, and built out actively engaged social media communities. Christy claims she often gets her best ideas running or during crossfit workouts so when not at the office, she can usually be found on the Burke Gillman or at her favorite crossfit gym
Rob FrerichsVP of Sales
For over 15 years Rob has been directly responsible for creating winning sales strategies that built recurring revenue streams for digital content, paid search, lead generation, mobile, SaaS, daily deals, and venture startup companies. Rob is especially attracted to challenging positions that require developing new ideas and strong execution plans. When not evangelizing a great new company, Rob can be found at a playground with his 2 year old son, Wolfgang, or enjoying a baseball game.
Amanda LaytonUX Designer
Amanda Layton delights in creating user experiences that are not only beautiful, but also meaningful. Amanda has designed for multiple startups, including projects within Microsoft Research and T-Mobile. She enjoys being the first designer on the scene when an idea is taking root. Prior to joining the world of user experience design, Amanda enjoyed three years as a print designer for Ringling College of Art and Design. When Amanda isn't tackling a design problem, you can find her traveling the world or playing kickball with her friends.
Chris has been building software for over 25 years in a variety of roles ranging from Software Developer to CTO. His most recent experience was at a leading supplier of SaaS solutions to the independent insurance channel. While there he created their key SaaS product offering. Chris is passionate about technology and how it can be used to improve the world we live in. When Chris isn't building software you can find him perfecting a new recipe, smoking a new cut of meat or exploring a new country road with his wife.
Matt CarterSenior Engineer
Matt is a proven enterprise software engineer with over a decade of experience developing scalable, high-performance web applications. He has worked for a variety of software firms around Seattle and Boulder, including recent engagements at Getty Images and ING Direct. He enjoys diving in and working on all aspects of development, from browsers to databases. On sunny and rainy weekends alike he tries to escape to the wilderness somewhere.
Jodi SchwartzCustomer Love
Jodi graduated from University of Washington in 2012 with a degree in psychology and a drive to help improve the health of our community. With over 8 years of leadership experience in various volunteer organizations she applies her strong communication and relationship-building skills to her work at EveryMove. Jodi enjoys spending time running and biking in the Seattle sun—the other 75% of the year can be found painting, cooking, and hosting large dinner parties.

Before founding urbanAsk, a social location-based search app, Matt spent over a decade in the healthcare space trying (somewhat successfully) to fix the payor/provider contract and payment relationship. He developed high-volume claims processing, pricing and adjudication systems and databases. At the end of 2012, Matt moved from the (way too) sunny California valley to Seattle. He enjoys exploring the city, riding his bike, and having political arguments with people on the interwebs.

After nine years, and products ranging from mobile apps to real estate frameworks, he has become proficient in tackling problems at every tier. Kent Marquardt is Premera Blue Cross Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the Premera family of companies' finance, actuarial, knowledge services, underwriting and healthcare economics departments. He is President and CEO of Northstar, Premera's joint venture investment entity in China. He also has responsibility for Premera's Business Expansion strategy and is on the board of WorldDoc, a member portal company in which Premera has invested.
Marquardt came to Premera Blue Cross from American Dental Specialist, Inc., where he served as chief executive officer. Prior to that, he was chief operating officer of Western Operations and chief financial officer of the Western Operations of MedPartners, Inc., the nation's largest publicly held physician practice management company. He has also held positions in healthcare management with PriMed Management Consulting, Inc. He was with KPMG Peat Marwick for 19 years and was a partner in the Los Angeles and Phoenix offices.
Marquardt holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
Andy LiuBuddyTV, Co-founder & CEO
Andy Liu is CEO of BuddyTV, the largest independently held TV site on the Internet. Prior to BuddyTV, Mr. Liu served as President and CEO of NetConversions from 1999-2004 prior to its sale to aQuantive and served as VP and GM of its Site Optimization unit from 2004-2005. He is also a founder of a non-profit that is focused on technology in developing countries and is very passionate about entrepreneurship. Mr. Liu brings deep experience in building companies, site optimization, viral marketing, SEO, community building and product development. In 2003, he was named to Puget Sound Business Journal's "40 Under 40." In 2010, he was named Best Angel Investor by Seattle 2.0 in 2010 having invested in over 20 early stage deals including Cheezburger Network, Bonanzle, Judy's Book, and Evo Gear. Mr. Liu received his MBA from Wharton.

Anna Haghgooie is a Managing Director of Sandbox Industries. Before joining Sandbox, Anna was the General Manager at an integrative healthcare start-up where she helped the company streamline operations and prepare for growth. Previously she held positions as an Associate Director of Corporate Finance at Fitch Ratings covering the Healthcare Sector and as a member of the Financial Management Program at General Electric. Anna holds a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Lee Handke (Observer Seat)Vice President, Health Network Services, Blue Cross Blue Shield Nebraska.
Lee Handke is responsible for hospital, professional and pharmacy network strategy, product development, quality and wellness programs. Lee received a Bachelor of Life Science from Kansas State University in 1993. In 1999, he graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Following graduation, he completed an ASHP/AMCP accredited residency in managed care pharmacy at Walgreens Health Initiatives in Deerfield, Illinois. Lee graduated with a MBA degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2005. Lee is a registered pharmacist and adjunct faculty member at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Pharmacy, where he serves on the admissions committee.

Prior to that, he founded Phatbits, which was sold to Google in 2005. He also serves as a mentor at TechStars, LLC.
Andrew Sykes has been involved in the health and wellness industry for nearly two decades. He is currently the chairman at Health at Work Wellness Actuaries, a business whose mission is to improve global human health - one life at a time. They provide customized and complete health and wellness solutions for large employers.
Margaret brings 13+ years of strategic marketing expertise to the EveryMove team of advisors. Margaret has spent the past 8.5 years at Razorfish, a digital creative, media and technology company, where she currently serves as a Global Client Partner, leading a book of accounts.
T.A. is a VP of Product at Research-in-Motion. He was the founder and CEO of Gist (acquired by RIM in 2011).
Tim was the President & CEO of Free & Clear, a behavior coaching solution for smoke cessation which was acquired by Alere, Inc. in 2009.
